I am an AI/ML engineer focused on building practical production systems across custom ML, generative AI, RAG, agentic workflows, data engineering, and deployment.
My work often sits close to users and operational teams: understanding bottlenecks, shaping technical requirements, and turning prototypes into deployed products that are low-cost, low-latency, scalable, and commercially useful.
Before specialising in AI and data science, I spent several years in project management, where I developed strong foundations in client communication, cost estimation, planning, execution monitoring, and delivery ownership. I now apply that systems-first approach to AI and ML engineering.

- Prefer custom, deterministic ML where LLMs add risk without value.
- Design for observability, human-in-the-loop, and safe rollback from day one.
